Updating Your Account Information

How can I update my checking account information for Automatic Payments? (ACH/Auto Pay)

In order to change your bank account information, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Click here (you will need to log in before you start)
  2. Then click the Edit button.
  3. Update with new or edit existing routing or account numbers.
  4. Finally,click submit.

Please note: it may take up to one (1) billing cycle for the change to become effective. Also, if the name on the bank account is different from the name on your account with us, please download, complete and submit an Auto Pay Setup form.
