How do I make my first payment?
You have some options for making payments: you can pay online, by phone, by mail, or even sign up for Auto Pay so that you never have to worry about remembering your payment each month. None of these payment options will have a service charge added, so you can rest easy knowing that anytime you make a payment, from the first one to the last one, you won’t see any extra fees (unless you’re late on your payment).
If you’d like to pay online or sign up for Auto Pay, you’ll need to make sure that you add your vehicle to your web account. You’ll be able to do this after you receive your welcome letter in the mail, which gives you the account number needed to add a vehicle to your account.
If you’d like to make your payment by mail, you’ll need to refer to your first billing statement which will include your account number, payment amount, and the payment mailing address.
To make a payment by phone, you’ll need your account number (listed on your billing statement) and a check or debit card. Call us toll free at 877-272-7774. Please note that we cannot accept credit cards.
When will I receive my monthly account statements?
Monthly statements are generated 20 days before your due date.
How do I change the monthly due date on my account?
To request a due date change, navigate to the Change Due Date page here.
What are my options for statement delivery?
Paperless Statement - Save paper by electing to view your monthly statements online rather than through regular mail. You will not receive mailed statements.
Regular mail – Monthly statements will be delivered via regular mail.
How do I enroll in paperless statements?
To enroll in paperless statements, on your account dashboard click the “I Want To” drop down and select “Manage Preferences”. Set the button to “Yes” for paperless statements.
What are my payment options for paying my bill?
Auto Pay - It's the smartest way to make your monthly payment. We'll automatically withdraw payments from your checking or savings account.
Pay Online - You can now make your monthly payment online using your debit card or checking account.
Pay By Mail - If you prefer to send your payment by mail, make sure to account for up to three (3) business days for delivery and processing.

Wire Transfer – You can make your payment using MoneyGram®, a third-party payment service. There may be a convenience fee associated with payments by wire transfer. How do I set up Auto Pay?
Auto Pay – It’s the easiest way to make your monthly payment. Simply sign up today and your payments will be withdrawn automatically from your checking or savings account. To set up Auto Pay click here.
How can I make changes to my contact information?
To make changes to contact information, on your dashboard click the “I Want To” drop down and select “Manage Contact Details”.
How do I manage multiple vehicles?
To add another vehicle to your website account, click add a vehicle and enter account number from your welcome letter or monthly statement. The account will be added immediately, and you will be able to toggle between accounts.
Can I message Customer Care online?
You can send a secure message through your online account. You will receive a response to your inquiry between 1 to 2 business days.
Can I purchase Polestar Protection coverage at any time?
Certain Polestar Protection products can be purchased while the vehicle is covered under the Polestar factory warranty period. For availability, options, and pricing, please contact a participating Polestar Space.
